If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

We standardize with ASTM and all of our gear is rated up to 300 lbs. This is the industry standard currently, there is not a test that ASTM offers for anything over 300lbs.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. If you’ve made an account, you can log in to view or track your order. You can also select "Track and Manage my Orders" in the Chat or "Track Order" in the FAQs

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, (you pay shipping) for any product returned in unused, sale-able condition with original packaging. Our warranty applies if something goes wrong with the construction or manufacturing; we’ll cover defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. *Attention Customers: If you placed an order before June 17, 2024, and need to initiate a return, exchange, or warranty request, please email our customer service team at [hello@tethrd.com]. Our team will assist you with the process promptly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Tethrd has a 30 day return policy to start a claim. After the 30 day window, it is at the company’s discretion.
Once you’ve made your claim, you’ll have 14 days to ship us back the product.
Any refunds given will be on the original payment method for that original order. If you used PayPal, it will go to your PayPal; if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded back to that card; etc.
Please keep in mind most banks take 3-7 business days to process the return into your account. Once we have processed the refund, it is out of our control when you will see those funds back in your account.
Shipping
We’ll ship everything via UPS and USPS. When checking out, you’ll have options for shipping.
Most orders take between 2-7 days to arrive at their destination. If you need your order by a certain date, i.e. you’re taking a trip, special gift for someone, we do have options at checkout for expedited shipping; you can also reach out to us and we’ll do the best we can to work with your situation. However, this is handled on a case by case basis. As a general rule, we’re shipping in order of purchase.
Yup. We’ll ship just about anywhere! We’ve updated the site to allow shipping (almost) anywhere on the globe! Just input your address and it will spit out a shipping quote. Reach out to hello@tethrd.com if you have any questions on that.
International shipping comes with import fees and brokerage fees. This cost is not included in the shipping charge you see on the website. Please contact your customs agency to determine possible fees and taxes associated with your order.
Warranty
Warranty covers something wrong with the construction or manufacturing of the product.
Warranty does not cover standard wear-and-tear or misuse.
